I am not much of a workout girl, but I do try to go to the gym as much as possible for at least thirty minutes.  When I have downtime I try to motivate myself to watch TV in the gym, not on the couch.  When you just can't seem to motivate yourself to get moving, maybe this inspirational quote will help.
