I decided to combine B and D's birthday parties this year, since their big days are only 12 days apart. We had a CIRCUS CARNIVAL on April 19.

I got this cute (free) circus invite here.

For treats we had popcorn, juice boxes, cupcakes, soft pretzels, & cotton candy!
I was lucky to find the cupcake stand and treat bags at Hobby Lobby on clearance:)

We had lots of mini games.
One was "Clown Training" which included juggling pieces of tulle, a tiger jump through a hula hoop, & clown tricks of somersaults and cartwheels!

A spin off of pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey...

Bean bag toss through the clown's smile....

Ring toss...
And a tight-rope walk across a 2x4 board set on cinder blocks.

I had lots of great helpers to tame the TWENTY-SIX guests. We separated the older & younger kids;while the big kids did games downstairs, the little kids did upstairs games & refreshments. Then we switched:)
We also had a silly photo booth to take the kids pictures with funny red noses & goofy glasses. It truly was a circus for the 1 1/2 hours the party lasted, but it was a great success!
As the kids 'take home' gift we gave them balloon animals/swords.So funny!

Here's the kids' thank you notes that we sent out, featuring their funny photo booth pics!
