I had to take a dessert to a potluck, and these tasty kabobs came together incredibly fast.But they look pretty fancy, huh?
I cubed the store-bought angel food cake, de-stemmed (is that a term?) the strawberries, and then drizzled with some chocolate ganache'. My ganache recipe is: 1 cup chocolate chips1/3 cup whipping creamMicrowave for one minute. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds more if needed.
I was totally surprised that the kids at the party really loved these, too!Total cost was about $7.This may be my go-to potluck dish of summer:)
